150. Quit Story: Lessons from an Engineer who Became a Tech Co-founder & Entrepreneur (Shubham Kaushal)

from EDIT HISTORY · host Cheryl Lau

I first met Shubham at a local event discussing mental health for entrepreneurs. Shubham reached out to me after the event to ask me some questions about starting and growing a podcast, but the conversation then turned into me learning a lot more about Shubham's career journey. In just the short span of 75 minutes, I learned about his story, his values, and how he chose the unconventional over what was perceived to be stable, traditional, and expected. At that moment, I realized that I MUST invite Shubham onto The Thought Leader Club Podcast and have him share his story and other candid stories on failure, self-doubt, and paving your own path. I am delighted to share that episode 150 of The Thought Leader Club Podcast (featuring Shubham) is now available on iTunes, Spotify, and YouTube.   In this conversation, you'll hear about:   Shubham's unexpected journey from a traditional path to becoming a co-founder Candid stories of failure, uncertainty, and self-doubt How family, cultural, etc backgrounds played a role in Shubham's career decisions and views on success Making time for non-work interests and hobbies; Being a life-long learner Advice to those who are questioning their current career situation and are deciding whether to make some changes   Enjoy :)    P.S.
