151. Needs vs. Wants

There's a difference between what we want and what we need, but it's easy to confuse them. Wants tend to be material or superficial, while needs make us healthy and whole. When we spend time and energy chasing what we want we will often end up disappointed because the deeper needs driving us remain unfulfilled.
