Dags för ett nytt avsnitt av Retail & Fastighetspodden! I dagens avsnitt pratar vi om framtidens stadskärnor och varför svenska städer just nu genomgår en av sina största transformationer på decennier. Historiskt har stadskärnan byggts kring handel, kontor, banker, service och kollektivtrafik. Men i takt med e-handel, hybridarbete, förändrade konsumtionsmönster och nya livsstilar räcker inte längre den gamla modellen. Istället behöver stadskärnan bli något större: en plats för möten, kultur, upplevelser, arbete, boende och socialt liv. Från handelsplats till livsplats. Men hur gör man egentligen den förflyttningen i praktiken? Hur skapar man stadskärnor som både är levande, inkluderande och ekonomiskt hållbara? Och hur får man kommuner, fastighetsägare, näringsliv och politik att dra åt samma håll? I studion har vi Jessica Stille Törnqvist, VD på Linköping City Samverkan och David Nilsson VD NKPG City, två personer som arbetar mitt i transformationen av svenska stadskärnor, med särskilt fokus på Linköping och Norrköping. Vi pratar om varför stadskärnorna blivit en tillväxtfråga, varför bostäder och arbetsplatser är avgörande för stadslivet, och varför det småskaliga arbetet på gatan ofta är en del av en mycket större strategi för stadens framtid.
