We don’t lose ourselves in motherhood, we lose ourselves in survival mode. We lose ourselves in the day to day rush. We lose ourselves in placing our value in the things we do, instead of the people we are.  We get caught in this trap of survival mode in early motherhood, and when we don’t intentionally rebuild our lives again, we tend to get stuck in a cycle of survival. This is where we lose ourselves.  Living a life you’re in love with means ditching the belief that you belong in survival mode. This is your sign to spread your wings and learn to fly.
