154 - Brave Noise Roundup - Balance Brewing & Blending

In this episode we are being brave and making noise with Balance Brewing & Blending and their Brave Noise beer. It’s great to have a saison in the Brave Noise arsenal, a very delicious one too! We chat about why Will & James wanted to be part of the Brave Noise initiative and the changes they would like to see in the beer industry. We touch on the process they follow to make their wild beers and hear a bit about the imminent opening of their taproom in Manchester.
