And our video topic is, “Is Workers Compensation Insurance Coverage mandatory for all employers?” And the short answer is NO.What is required is, if an employer has three or more employees, they are then subject to the Georgia Workers’ Compensation Act. And from there, they are required to obtain Workers’ Compensation Insurance Coverage. There are exceptions to certain types of work. Where they do not need or are not required to have Workers Compensation Insurance Coverage.
