154. Handling Fear of Rejection

Do you ever have that little voice in your head telling you; “You can’t do this” or “You’ll embarrass yourself” every time you do something outside of your comfort zone? I have observed that the main reason why people are not consistent or not putting themselves out there enough is because they're actually afraid of rejection. They are terrified of being judged by others and so what they do is that they often hide behind their computers or choose the safe way out. And as business owners, this is the dilemma that we face a lot. Some, even giving up the idea to make it in business because they don’t know how to handle their fears. So in this week’s episode, I’ll let you in on some tips that helped me through the hell hole of what you call business and the insights I gathered to still keep going.
