156. 5 Morning Routines: Will You Fill Your Cup Today?

Hello, beautiful! Last week we had our pivot, our moment to just be — the permission slip many of us needed to just … breathe.   Did you take that opportunity? I hope so! Maybe you didn’t do it three times a day, or even every day — heck, I’d be happy if you just did it once last week, right after listening.   You gave yourself a great big hug and then went and did some weeding. HA — that’s essentially what I did.   Well, my patio project that I think is going to last the ENTIRE summer … but that conversation is for another day.   So with the realization of where we are with the calendar glaring down my neck — is that even the right expression?? — I thought THIS is the perfect opportunity to touch on morning routines.   ICK — I heard that grumble in the back.   Don’t hit stop, wait, wait — I promise this isn’t going to be some lecture.   AND this will help with making us feel better.   So if you’re ready for that refresh button — or maybe just a reminder of how wonderful a morning routine can be for a happy soul — then grab that cup of tea, a cozy blanket, your Dream Your Dreams workbook from my Etsy boutique, snuggle in, and let’s lean IN to feeling fabulous.   Wellness is a decision. It doesn’t have to look perfect. It doesn’t have to be Instagram-worthy.   It just has to be intentional.   Today I’m not giving you a to-do list.   I’m giving you an invitation.
