A lot of people are reaching out to ask me, how do I run my two businesses from the other side of the world? How do I stay calm and focused while getting things done? Honestly, putting systems and processes in place is the secret of me being able to step away from my business… I also make sure that everything that I need to accomplish is in my calendar and make it non-negotiable to actually do it.
