#158 - Tom Rockliff (AFL) Finding Purpose Beyond the Game

In this episode of Scoreboard, Chris Titley sits down in person with former AFL Lions captain Tom Rockliff for a candid conversation about life after professional sport. From playing more than 200 AFL games with Brisbane and Port Adelaide to now running his own business, Tom reflects on the transition from elite footballer to entrepreneur and father. For Tom, that journey included a difficult divorce, time away from his kids and a period where he had to rebuild both personally and professionally. He also shares why giving up alcohol became a turning point in his life. What started as a short break quickly revealed how much clearer, healthier and more present he felt without it. Now running Rockliff Finance and balancing work with fatherhood, Tom talks about the lessons sport gave him that translate into business.
