Our breath is the most powerful healing tool in existence to bring body, mind and spirit into homeostasis. In today’s solo episode, we delve into the science and spirituality of breathwork and how simple breathwork practices, such as Equal Ratio Breathing, can rid the body of chronic stress within a few minutes. As our fight-or-flight programming switches off, we realize that it’s safe for us to play, create, intuit and rest.

Our breath is the most powerful healing tool in existence because it’s inextricably linked with our nervous system. When we slow down our breath, we switch off our sympathetic nervous (aka fight-or-flight response) and turn on our parasympathetic nervous system.

In today’s solo episode, I will delve into the science and spirituality of breathwork, and how we can use our breath to reclaim sovereignty over body, mind and spirit, especially in times of stress. I also share one of my favorite breathwork practices you can use anytime you feel anxious, stressed or simply disconnected from yourself. Albeit simple, this breathwork practice packs a serious punch of energy, vitality and peace.
