159. Cara Flynn: From Control Top Pantyhose to Mountain Climbing

In today’s episode we speak with the “1 Year 1 Fear” Podcaster Cara Flynn who is an open book dynamo conquering her own fear by bringing women together for life changing experiences and important conversations.  Through her organization, Beyond Barriers, she helps women literally climb mountains, get out of their comfort zone, and connect with themselves and one another through challenging experiences.  Her vulnerability, humor and honesty is refreshing and endearing.
