#16 - Kobe Bryant - What Love Means, The Mamba Mentality & His Definition of Greatness

The news of Kobe Bryant's death, along with his daughter and 7 others, shook the world in an exceptional way.  I really had a hard time writing for this episode.  I decided ultimately that I would share what his presence meant to me as a kid growing up, and how his dominance on the court and what he calls his "process" and "craft" in his book The Mamba Mentality has been a guide to not only mastery in basketball or sports, but in life. I also share the interview Kobe Bryant did with my favourite interviewer and podcaster, Lewis Howes known as The School of Greatness Podcast.  I originally wanted to share clips of my favourite parts, but it was too difficult to choose.  I hope you are just as inspired from this interview as I am - I've listened to it multiple times already.
