Dear shadow,You've been a constant presence in my life lately, whether I'm traveling abroad or at home. I appreciate you reminding me that my issues won't vanish simply by changing my surroundings or taking a vacation. I understand now that I need to confront and experience these negative emotions head-on.  Since I’m home, I've been grappling with this overwhelming sense of grief and anxiety frequently. I can feel like a complete mess, unsure of what to do or how to make it stop. Despite this, I'm holding onto hope that these feelings will eventually subside. Yet, there's also a fear lingering within me that they might never go away. I'll try seeking support and engage in activities that promote self-care and self-discovery.
