Many coaches wish to start running workshops but don’t really know what needs to be done to launch a Masterclass. And I get that. I’ve been there too. Working like a machine thinking that doing a lot of 1:1s is the only way to go. But I was wrong! The truth is doing a lot of 1:1 sessions, often leads to burnout and being underpaid.  So, what better way to maximise our time while still giving the same value to our clients than to move it to 1:many?
