#165 STOP, REFLECT & APPRECIATE

from The Self-Science Podcast with Dr Craig Duncan · host Dr Craig Duncan

We all have those days that don't go according to plan.  The days where we don't feel motivated to get things done.  The days where we see everything through "doom & gloom" glasses.  One tact I have found that helps me is to STOP and look around, REFLECT on the wonderful things that I can see & APPRECIATE what I have in my view.  This act of gratitude will help you and may help you get out of a dark mood.  It's important to accept these moods but try this little gratitude practice, and I hope it helps. Our podcast with Dr Andy Harper SOCCER DOCTORS is now available and is well worth a listen on apple https://podcasts.apple.com/au/podcast/the-soccer-doctors-with-dr-andy-harper-dr-craig-duncan/id1557422523 or Spotify https://open.spotify.com/show/5KlZpvXS74IuhoBBoJdUDc and all other platforms.  Harps and I have lots of fun doing this so, please have a listen. Self-Science, my latest book, is back in stock and available at www.drcraigduncan.com.au and has had great reviews, so I would love you to have a read.   As always, if you have any feedback, please contact me.
