Self-awareness is a lifelong journey. How do I respond to situations that force me to get out of my comfort zone? I usually take on the challenge and actively adjust my feelings. For instance, during my round-the-world trip, while volunteering, many situations required me to step out of my comfort zone. This time, I challenged myself by doing various tasks such as babysitting, gardening, and working as a librarian. Although these were not things I would normally do, they made me realize that I am capable of succeeding in these roles, which gave me a sense of achievement.
