Self-awareness is the greatest wisdom. How much do I follow through on what I preach and talk about? In the past, I used to be someone who liked to give advice to others. However, I realized that many times, I couldn't follow through on the advice I gave. Additionally, giving advice can sometimes put unnecessary pressure on others. Now, I prefer to share what I am doing well myself, unless someone specifically asks me for advice.
