Today’s episode is a little bit of a different one.. First of all, we have upgraded Jake AKA Big Dave & in true stars in your eyes fashion, we have introduced Big Evan! Evan has been a client of mine for over a year and has been on a different journey to what we often talk about in fat loss.Evan came to me wanting to gain weight. He was always the ‘skinny’ guy.. He has always struggled to build muscle.. And despite doing the research and knowing what he should be doing, he never managed to make any progress. Which is where I came in. And the rest is history. Evan is now filling out his t-shirts.. Pushing much bigger numbers in the gym than he ever has done.. And has a photoshoot on the cards this summer to document how hard he has worked.I honestly think this is one the most valuable episodes we have put out. It shows you how important consistency is..
