#17 : How to fire a coaching client

While the primary goal of any coach is to empower and support their clients, sometimes the relationship becomes unsustainable or unproductive. Join us as we explore the signs that it may be time to let go of a coaching client and discuss the best practices for gracefully ending the coaching relationship. In this episode, I make reference to an excerpt from a coaching contract template that demonstrates wording that covers termination: Termination clause from contract (sample): "Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this Agreement at any time with _#__weeks written notice.
