17. Investing and wholesaling in a city you don’t live in pros and cons

After over 10 years of selling and investing in my home town market of Oklahoma City, I switched to a different market a little over a year ago. There’s plenty of reasons why someone wouldn’t want to invest in the town they live in, especially if they live on the coast.
