17. Normalizing ”it’s dark over here” and how we can navigate the darkness together

In this episode, I talk about some recent conversations with loved ones who are navigating hard times and feel lost in the dark some days.  This is for the person who is also lost in the dark as well as the person who wants some guidance on how to support someone who is lost in the dark. The more we can normalize these conversations and learn how to support each other without trying to "fix" each other, the stronger our bonds and the more success we can have navigating the darkness.
