Most people think flexibility in yoga means touching your toes. But real flexibility - the kind that actually is life changing - has nothing to do with how far you can fold. But what I wish more yoga spaces would talk about: real flexibility isn’t just about the body. It’s about your nervous system. It’s about how you meet emotions, how you respond to stress, how you hold space for what’s uncomfortable without shutting down or running away. In this episode, I’m unpacking what I call “nervous system flexibility”, the missing link between emotional regulation, trauma-informed principles, and how yin yoga and meridian work connect the dots.
