In the process of letting go, you will lose many things from the past, but you will find yourself." How can you practice gratitude for what you have while letting go of what no longer serves you? My Answer: "I usually take 5 minutes in the first hour of my day for a gratitude journal. I review something nice from my previous day and thank the lessons I learn through difficult emotions. Those are the things I truly need to let go of. As for my physical space, I’m grateful I’ve been able to live my dream of traveling and don’t need to carry much with me." Gratitude journal (n.) Review (v.) Difficult emotions (n.)
