#1722025/10/06(月)~Autumn is Omatsuri season! When I think of festivals, two types come to mind. One is the summer festival where we watch fireworks, dance Bon odori, and eat some foods at the food stalls. The other is the autumn festival. In my hometown, there was one where people carry omikoshi (a portable shrine),visit each house to pray, and drink and eat snacks. When I was a child, I was always excited because I got lots of candies. What kinds of festivals have you been to?【Today’s words】お祭り(おまつり)/ festival思い出す(おもいだす)/ to remember(to bring something back to your mind)※覚えている(おぼえている)/ to remember(to keep something in your mind and not forget it)屋台(やたい)/ food stallおつまみ/ snack ※ おつまみ is a food you can easily eat with your handwhen you have alcoholic drinks.Like nuts, edamame, etc. つまむ means “to pinch”.★This post is also available on the broadcast channel (Japanese daily tips) of my Instagram. 【https://www.instagram.com/channel/AbbOi9lyhNtGwo6A/?igsh=enhqNGRyajhobnZ5】
