173. Feeding Your Mind

from So Far So Good Coaching Podcast · host Valerie Busse

I think we are probably all aware at this point that we need to be feeding our minds even more healthy things than our bodies. If you have never considered this, please do! Without feeding ourselves our best thoughts, even the most healthy body will have have completely unnecessary challenges. Yes! I did say unnecessary. Because as we have covered before, our thoughts are optional. We don't need to have thoughts that cause us to suffer. We are the CEO of our own lives and our thoughts. So let's not bypass the topic and really spend some time this week watching the things we are feeding our minds to be sure everything is in line with all of our goals, dreams, and heart's most true desires.
