#174 Grace To Us All, When A Life Takes

There are no words when someone takes their life. No understanding. No resolution. Just  questions. And so many of them are pointing inward, at me. Asking me to reevaluate my own mental health, my relationship with my mind and psyche, my perspective on life, worth, and why we matter. And asking if I’m able to say the words, “I am not safe with myself. I need help.”  And the receive the help.  Overcome shame and judgement, fear and despair.  And so much doubt. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
