174. Jake Ward on finding personal freedom and transforming your mindset after a mental breakdown

I recently sat down to talk to personal freedom and mindset coach, Jake Ward. I first connected with Jake after seeing his profile in a Tony Robbins UPW Facebook group. I later learned that Jake had a really tough upbringing, which lead him to stray down the wrong paths early in life. After being banned from every nightclub in Perth, having his girlfriend leave him and being over $40,000 in debt, Jake realised he had to make a change. His first step was to get on to Google and search "how to be successful?". From there, he discovered personal development and has been on an amazing road to recovery ever since, and has now gotten into the coaching space, where he helps others to transform their mindset and achieve personal freedom.
