#177 Grief is Unique as Fingerprints, Not Vanilla

The way we each grieve is as unique as our fingerprints. Many of us have more stages than the 'proscribed stages', or include lengthy stays in some while omitting others. And what about the biases and judgements we have about certain stages, how does this affect our ability to allow others to utilize those emotions and behaviors in order to process their grief? And where does respect for those we have passed fit into the grieving process? Can our need to grieve be disrespectful? Or...have those who passed grown in their capacity for compassion, love, forgiveness, and understand the many ways people need to grieve?
