This is a tool I use with all my clients and wanted to share with you all! When you are resetting your goals or creating a new goal, you will want to set the tone with this tool I call, Be HER or Be HIM - now. This tool will become your 'north star' to use in any situation, no matter what happens in life and is going on, you don't need to have a perfect plan, you just need to tap into your north star.
