#18 Controversial topic – Psychedelics

I thought it was time for me to enter the discussion on the controversial topic of psychedelics, as its healing effects are more and more brought into light. In this episode I talk about my own opinions and experiences around psychedelics as well as recent studies from both a "positive" and "negative" perspective in hopes to open up more nuanced discussions about this in the future. Also, if you have been curious about psychedelics, I share some guidance on how to relate to this type of medicine. Welcome to another episode on controversial topics from a holistic perspective!
