Let me tell you, it's been a rollercoaster. Starting out wasn't too bad, but by the seventh day, I was battling some serious headaches. I even had to call John to come sit with me because it got that intense. But, I'm sticking with it, turning to fruits instead of processed sugar. I'm really looking forward to seeing how this change impacts my upcoming lab results.Now onto the fun part – my November favorites! Y'all are going to love these.
