Another super fun episode ! This week we are joined by Michelle, a swim coach who has been in the industry for 30+ years. Michelle shares with a us a wealth of knowledge around how to get the best out of our kids in sport without the burn out. You'll soon understand, Michelle speaks straight from the heart. She is incredibly authentic in what she shares during this episode, she lets us into her personal experiences & shares with us her personal, core values.  Along with some personal stories and experience from Michelle, Sarah and Lily, we speak about some big issues in sport including burn out, over training and how to quit… We also speak to the triad of wellbeing and how it applies to sport and our athletes. We unpack the physical side, the nutritional and then the mental/emotional and the intertwining relationship between all components.  Michelle’s experience and wealth of knowledge in her profession was a wonderful insight into the athlete world and the workings of a coaches mind. This was a huge episode that came full circle with the beautiful triad of health. It has so many little golden nuggets that we are sure you’ll love.
