180. Three Quick Things

from So Far So Good Coaching Podcast · host Valerie Busse

Happy New Year Friends! Seems like everyone I have been talking to lately is in need of that warm, gentle hug, so let this one be an opportunity for you to just think of these three quick things to bring some health your way in whatever way you need. This can be with anything you are struggling even your relationships, but mostly with your relationship to yourself. The concept can be used in a multitude of ways to bring some new awareness in. Let's filter toward three things that move us in the direction we are wanting to go and hold fast to those. Let's shine a light on all the things this year so we can choose the direction we want to be going with compassion for ourselves rather than feeling like things are just happening to us. Listen in and be encouraged to keep our eyes on these three things. Are you ready for transformation?
