181. It's 2023, It's Okay To Admit You Want A Relationship

PAUSE. Before you go any further, let me start by saying this: If you truly, deeply, in your heart of hearts, DO NOT WANT a relationship? That's great. That is absolutely great for you. But more often than not, when I come across people in my coaching and personal life who claim they don't want anything to do with relationships…the truth is something very different. If you've had to convince yourself of all the reasons why you don't actually want a relationship, why they're too much trouble, why it's not worth it…guess what? It's not that you don't want a relationship…it's that your ego can't take another minute of wanting what it THINKS it can't have. Even if this feels better in the moment, this kind of denial and suppression…it's not serving you, friends. Not even a little bit.
