181. When You’re Overwhelmed

from The Shift Podcast Hosted by Janessa Dean

Being Overwhelmed is not a problem. It’s our cue to know it’s time to tap into more capability. As a doer and overachiever, we will constantly be feeling the need to do this as we stretch, learn, and grow. This will continually be asked of us, so when we can start to think of our capability as infinite versus hitting a ceiling, that’s how things can start to become easier and more doable. On this episode, I walk you through 3 simple steps to tap into more capability and why these steps will help you expand yourself during hard moments. When you can learn to do this, then you’ll realize how much CONTROL you have over your life, especially when hard things are thrown your way. You will always feel like you have POWER over them versus them having power of you. When you feel empowered then you realize YOU can make the change to FEEL better, versus waiting for things to get easier or for others to change. This is life changing to have this much control over your life and happiness. If you are ready to grow your capability and confidence to handle the hard and have control over your life again, book a consult for 1:1 Coaching. On this call, we talk about where you are at, where you want to be, create a plan, and see if Life Coaching is a good fit for you. Stop waiting for life to change, start empowering yourself to take back control of it. I’ll help you do just that. Book a 1:1 Consult Here
