#183: Who Told You That- You Are Great

On today's podcast episode, Dr. Cheryl Hardy is reminding you that you are great. Who told you that you are not a good person or that you are defined by your struggles? Do not accept that false narrative as your reality. You are a work in progress and a precious jewel on this earth, purposefully designed by God. We must remain vigilant against those who attempt to undermine our success or set us up for failure. Do not let anyone steal your daily joy. When negative thoughts arise, acknowledge them, let them pass, and immediately replace them with positive affirmations. It is never acceptable for parents, family, or friends to resort to mockery or name-calling; such behavior damages the body, mind, and spirit. That burden is too heavy to carry alone, so let us choose to lead with the fruit of the Spirit—love and kindness—starting today.
