Listen to todays episode here… Transcript: Welcome to The Art of Living big podcast. My name is Betsy Pake, and I’m an author, speaker, and a master mindset coach focused on helping you understand and design your life with the power of your subconscious. This podcast is designed to help you think differently about what could be possible for your life. Now, let’s go live big. Hello fellow adventurers. Today is the first episode of this season’s live big with Betsy, this is an episode that will come out on Mondays, that is designed to be very short, and just give you something to think about to help with your intention for the week ahead. And so for many of us today, it is the first day back to work after the holiday. Perhaps you took time off afternoon a year and waited out the rest of the short week and started back today. Or maybe you went back to work last week. But this is the first day that feels like official like you’re in the year, everybody will be around, life is starting to resume, whatever normal is for each of us. And as I look ahead at 2021 of the things that I’ve been really focused on, is not only what types of things that I like to see, and do and have in my life in the year ahead. But also, who do I want to be? Who do I want to be? How do I want to move through the world. And when I can make a decision about who I want to be. It makes all decisions coming after that much easier. It doesn’t matter who you have been. Doesn’t matter about anything you’ve done in the past, doesn’t matter about last year, doesn’t matter about five years ago, it doesn’t even matter about 20 years ago, if you’re still pulling things. From that far in your past, you can decide today to become somebody else to become the truest version of you, not the version that you’ve been playing, to appease other people. Or to conform to an environment that you’ve been a part of, for so long. You can decide to become somebody else and that somebody else is the truest version of you, and of who you really are deep down. So let me ask you, what makes you sore? What makes you feel like singing when you’re in the car and you’re all alone? And you get some really good music on the radio and you start to sing all by yourself? Who is that version? What do they do? What happens when that version of you encounters struggle? Or decisions or pressure? How do they respond? And can you channel that version of you? That version that leans on the happiness and knows that things will work out and take that version of you forward from today from today on and begin to build the big life that you deserve. So I offer that intention to you this week to be aware to watch to see where she shows up. And when she does reacquaint yourself, get familiar and begin to live from that place of joy and peace and knowing. Have an awesome week. I will see you on Thursday for our full episode of The Art of Living big. Thank you for joining me on this week’s intention. If this spoke to you and you choose to share it please hashtag live big with Betsy so that I can find you and celebrate your intentional living for the week. As always, if you’d like to learn more about the work that I do, you can head right to my website Betsy Pake calm and I have a free training there waiting for you.
