#19 - A Strange Dream I Had.

In this episode of #rightyourownstory (the last episode of 2021!), I talk about a strange dream I had a while ago and also the concept of making New Year resolutions too.  When I was able to analyse my own dream, I was able to make progress in a way that was previously holding me back.  Spoiler Alert - It was 'me' holding 'me' back, and my subconscious was letting me know it too. However, it was then up to me to take the required action.  As part of my work as a Counsellor, Hypnotherapist and Life Coach I do include dream analysis when it crops up because dreams (and nightmares) can be so very revealing.  Here is the link to the podcast episode where I explain why we dream in the first place: I hope you find my dream thought-provoking.
