Send us Fan MailBiju Kewalram has 30+ years of C-level and management board experience. He has been CIO, COO, CEO, Chief Digital Officer and Chief Transformation Officer in organizations ranging from start-ups with 20 people to global multi-nationals in the logistics industry with almost 20,000 people. He has a special emphasis on teams & technology for Digital Transformation and has spent most of his career at the intersection of people, technology, and process to achieve transformational results. He has a passion for teaching and is a guest lecturer at the Global Logistics Professional Program at CSULB / CITT, where he focuses on the role of technology. He is currently the principal of Transformation Core, a board and executive advisory firm where he has developed his own framework to power Digital Transformation initiatives. Transformation Core’s tag line, “technology is not enough”, illustrates his belief that multiple elements, included in the Transcore™ framework, are equally important for using technology to respond to disruptive change.He says that he has realized over the years that people, not just technology, are the building blocks of organizational transformation.
