19: Divine Guidance: Listening to the Nudges

In this episode I discuss the importance of listening to the "nudges" or hints from a higher power (whatever you believe in). I share a recent experience that I had during a Reiki session where I realized that my spirit guides were nudging me to use my voice and speak out on 2 different occasions in the last 10 years. I really emphasize the significance of paying attention to these nudges and then taking action. In doing so, you are more likely to live a life that is more aligned and authentic. I encourage listeners to trust in the higher power and respond to the signs they receive. Ultimately we are spiritual beings having an earthly experience, so these nudges are more powerful than we often realize.
