19. Keeping it cool during the busy times and giving yourself grace on your to-do list

In today's episode, I chat about the last couple weeks leading up to my granny's 100th birthday and the family birthday party we hosted for her. It was easy for me in the past to put a ton of pressure on myself and not have the flexibility with expectations on how things "should" be. Unlearning some of that has set me free and allowed me to enjoy both work and play over the last couple weeks as we prepared for family and the fun festivities.
