19: LOVE THEMED FEBRUARY: Self Love & Self Care - It's not Selfish and its SUPER Important

Yea, we know it's already March...but we had to do oneeee more episode on the theme of love!  To start episode 19, we discuss where we are about a year into the pandemic with regards to recovery as a nation from a health perspective as well as an economic perspective. We also reveal what our exciting news is for April 3, the 1st year anniversary of the podcast. And marvel at the fact that we have been doing the podcast for a year now!  Diving into the content, we discuss what self love is, what it isn't and why it is important. We also mention some ways we can show ourselves self love once we have realized it is an awesome thing to prioritize in our lives.  The outro is a throwback to episode 14, in which we discussed the ugliness of bureaucracy and the need for a new model for interaction and management of peoples and societies.
