The first part of our conversation we spent on the “main thing” - what is the main thing that contributes to life-long health? Here are a few of his thoughts: As a physician, I’m always making observations and there are things that become very obvious. The most obvious problem that we have is that we allow our bodies to go dormant. Our bodies aren’t built to not be used. There is no such thing as living longer by not using your body. The main issue I see is weakness, underuse and over-protection of your body and that central problem bleeds out into other issues. If there was one order I could give to every patient - it would be to do more with your body. The second part of our conversation, I asked questions about some serious issues in men’s health like the rapid decline of testosterone. The testosterone issue specifically is not being talked about enough. Testosterone levels are very important in men for them to age well, but it also affects energy level, sex drive, mental clarity and more. We talked about reasons and solutions for overall health and for men’s health.
