To feel good about the experience and to pass that on to our staff, customers and anyone involved along the process. Margins for scalability and to pay people well /and/or create an environment and brand people want to be a part of because it feels good.Improving our installation team even more for ourselves to feel betterSustainability comes down to what we need to last, not pushing for money, because as soon as you get it you burn out because there is no more need for it
