日本東北外海，在4/20下午爆發7.7強震，深度僅有19公里。氣象廳火速發布海嘯警報，前地震測報中心主任郭鎧紋更提醒，這次地震成因與311大地震類似，都是發生在日本海溝，未來一週發生規模8強震機率，提高到1%，是平常的10倍。日本氣象廳隨後正式發布「北海道與三陸離岸地震警報資訊」，警戒範圍橫跨北海道至千葉縣共182個市町村，呼籲區域內的民眾務必提高警覺，並建議準備好隨身緊急逃生包、穿著便於逃生的衣物入睡。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
