楊柳颱風今天下午14:30發布陸警，氣象署預估，最快在(13日)上午暴風圈就會觸陸，而明天中午在台東附近登陸，傍晚就會出海，移動速度很快，但週三將帶來強風豪雨。東部地區全面拉警報，像是花蓮光復鄉，上次颱風造成的堰塞湖，有潰堤風險，軍方出動卡車撤離超過660人，而台東鹿野熱氣球嘉年華，也緊急喊卡，讓攤商很無奈，說付了全部租金，卻接連遇上颱風豪雨，擺攤時間直接砍半，生意大受影響。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
