192. Don't Take On All of Your Team's Challenges as Your Own

Think about when you’ve been in the situation with a team member where they tell you about a challenge they’re having and then turn it over to you. It might have happened so quickly you didn’t even realize they had done it. Or you might be so good at putting out fires in the office that you didn’t consider until now that it had been turned over to you.
