#194 Ride the hot wave of short term rentals with airbnb

Al Williamson just crushed it last week in a class I hosted in Oklahoma City.  As another property manager said "Good class last night. Thank you for bringing in such a qualified speaker".  Al is the airbnb expert and has written couple courses and books on the hot subject of short term rentals.  Al has been pushing me for years to convert one of my units over to airbnb so I finally made the jump.  Since Al was coming to OKC from Cali I figured I would impress him and have a condo ready to show off my team's skills.  Al slept two nights in the condo and gave me pages of insight and tips.  This podcast is his review of my airbnb.  Peeps jump on short term rentals!
