This week I'm talking to Kevin Randle about his book '1973: A Time of UFO Sightings, Landings and Abductions'.The year, 1973, was a pivotal year for UFO sightings. In 1973: A Time of UFO Sightings, Landings and Abductions, the history of these sightings and the importance of them is explored. It was a time of unprecedented landings with beings from inside the craft seen outside gathering samples of the local flora and fauna. But the most significanct differences were the tales of alien abduction with the best documented of those cases being that reported by Charles Hickson and Calvin Parker. Add to that, the many sightings that involved electromagnetic effects and the close encounter experienced by a National Guard helicopter crew led by Captain Lawrence Coyne the case for the extraterrestrial explanation for many UFO sightings becomes infinitely stronger. The book provides a history of UFO sightings, independent documentation for the extraordinary events, and a suggestion of what might be coming in the future.BioKevin D.
